Women’s Champions League: Barcelona & Real Madrid are on FIRE, but Chelsea’s already lagging?!

Alright, so, here’s the thing with the Women’s Champions League so far. It’s early days, obviously, but some teams are really making a statement, you know?

Barcelona, sitting pretty at the top, yeah number one. Two games, two wins. And get this: eleven goals scored. Just ONE against. “They’re looking dominant,” a source—okay, a mate who knows his stuff—texted me. Dominant is one word for it. Ruthless? Maybe.

Real Madrid, right behind them. Also, two for two. Not quite as many goals, eight, but still… a force, it seems. Then you’ve got Wolfsburg. Another team with a perfect record. It’s tight at the top, let me tell you.

Lyonnes are up there too. You know, Lyon but I guess with a female focus. It’s, uh, Lyonnes. They’ve got 6 points as well. And then Man Utd. Two games, two wins, but only two goals scored. So, efficient, I guess? Different strategy or just early-season jitters?

Chelsea, though… Chelsea’s down in sixth. A win and a draw. Not terrible but definitely not where they want to be, I reckon.

And at the bottom? Well, Roma’s having a shocker. Played three, lost three. Eleven goals conceded. Ouch.

Honestly, it’s shaping up to be one of those seasons, isn’t it? Where the big guns are firing right from the start. But, it’s early. So early.

“Anything can happen,” like they always say.

Oh, and then there’s this other team. Yeah, Vålerenga, sitting at 11th. Played three games so far. They’ve won one, but lost two. It’s tough out there.
