These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all Samony services. They govern the use of our platform by both contributors and users, and guide third parties on how our platform operates.

By accessing or using our website or services, you accept these T&Cs. They also cover our newsletter and other interactions with Samony unless governed by third-party terms. References to the website, platform, or publisher include all Samony services.

Terminology

Contributor Policies and Requirements

• By submitting content, you confirm that you hold the rights to it and grant Samony the irrevocable right to duplicate, broadcast, exhibit, transmit, and exploit it worldwide, including sublicensing to third parties.

• You represent that your content does not infringe on third-party rights and that you have full authority to grant Samony these rights.

• Samony is not obligated to publish any content. Published content may be removed at our discretion without compensation.

• You agree to indemnify Samony, its officers, employees, and agents against any claims or losses arising from your content or breach of these terms.

• Confidentiality of submitted content is not guaranteed.

• You are responsible for your content. Samony does not endorse content or opinions expressed and disclaims liability. Editorial values of Truth, Insightfulness, and Entertainment are encouraged but not enforced on third-party content.

User Policies and Requirements

Samony grants access to its services subject to these conditions:

• Do not distribute content or services without written consent unless functionality is provided by Samony.

• Do not bypass or interfere with security or usage restrictions.
