koto State Governor Ahmed Aliyu has announced a series of key appointments aimed at bolstering the state’s administrative machinery. The most significant of these is the appointment of Abdulkadir Ahmed Mohamed as the new Head of the Civil Service, succeeding Sulaiman S. Fulani Ahmadu who has retired.
